Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the gFit Claude Connector (the "App") provided by G-SYSTEMS GLOBAL INC., a Delaware corporation doing business as gFit ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms supplement our Terms of Use, which govern the gFit website and mobile application, including accounts, subscriptions and refunds. The Connector itself is free and requires no account or subscription. Where these Terms are silent, the Terms of Use apply.
1. The App
The gFit Claude Connector renders interactive home workout plans and fitness video tutorials based on text prompts provided in Claude. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Important Health Disclaimer
Not medical advice. The App is for informational and educational purposes only. G-SYSTEMS GLOBAL INC. is NOT a medical organization and cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. Nothing contained in the App should be construed as such advice or diagnosis.
Consult your physician. You should consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or other chronic conditions.
Assumption of risk. By using the App you represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent you from using it. You acknowledge that participating in exercise activities involves a risk of injury, and you voluntarily assume all such risks. G-SYSTEMS GLOBAL INC. is not responsible for any physical injury or damage resulting from your use of the App.
The App does not prescribe sets, repetitions, rest intervals or session length, and the length of a demonstration video is not a target workout duration.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 16, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. The App is not intended for children under 13.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Do not misrepresent the App as being endorsed by Anthropic.
- Do not use the App as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.
5. Content You Provide
You are responsible for the prompts and context you submit to the App via Claude. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited right to process your content solely to operate the App and return the requested workout plans.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. By using the App, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to the App, its underlying software, and the curated library of gFit exercise video tutorials. You are not allowed to copy, reverse engineer, or resell the App or its media content.
8. Third-Party Services
The App runs inside Claude (via the Model Context Protocol). Your use of Claude is subject to Anthropic's terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The App provides fitness and informational output and is NOT medical or physical therapy advice. Use the exercises at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including physical injury) arising from your use of the App or the exercises provided.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Newark, Delaware (or another location mutually agreed upon). You agree to waive your right to a trial by jury. You and the Company agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
12. Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect, and we will update the effective date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the App after a revision takes effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
