This Privacy Policy explains how gFit ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the gFit Claude Connector (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

The App operates as an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server inside Claude. We collect minimal information required to generate your workout plan:

Workout Prompts: The fitness goals or target body zones you mention to Claude that trigger our tools.
Session State: A temporary, anonymized `chatSessionId` to keep track of your progress through a specific workout routine.
Technical Data: Basic request logs (e.g., IP addresses, timestamps) generated when the widget loads media assets, handled by our Cloudflare infrastructure for rate limiting and security.

We do NOT collect: Personal health records, identifiable profiles, names, or email addresses through the Claude Connector.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information solely to:

Return the requested exercise plans and video tutorials.
Maintain your session state while you navigate through the "next exercise" flow.
Monitor the performance and security of the App (e.g., rate limiting).

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Since the App runs within Claude, Anthropic (the provider of Claude) also processes your prompts and interactions according to their own Privacy Policy. We do not control Anthropic's data practices.

4. Data Retention

Session data (`chatSessionId` and the generated plan) is temporarily stored in Cloudflare Durable Objects to allow you to navigate your workout. This temporary state is overwritten or expires automatically as you start new sessions. Basic server logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and operational monitoring.

5. Your Rights

Because the App does not require an account or collect identifying personal information, we cannot easily tie specific workout queries back to you. However, if you have questions about your privacy or wish to inquire about data practices, please contact us.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy here with an updated effective date.
